The ND SLP Advocate, LLC increases professional knowledge and competence about neurodiversity to empower students, clients, and colleagues. Guiding individuals with our ENCompass (Empowering Neurodiversity Collectively) strategy through Workshops, Resources, and Consultations designed to support a neuro-inclusive and trauma Informed framework.

About Laura

The founder of ND SLP Advocate, LLC, Laura Sibbald, M.A., CCC-SLP, ASDCS, CYMHS, is passionate about advocacy and empowerment, with over ten years of experience supporting and advocating for students with learning differences and their families. She is a nationally certified speech-language pathologist, a published author, and an invited speaker on the topics of trauma-informed best practices, supporting self-advocacy and self-determination, and developing affirming interventions.

Laura did an incredible job as the keynote speaker for Florida Atlantic University Center for Autism and Related Disabilities’ Annual Autism and Mental Health Conference.
